TikTok GO is an affiliate-based platform for creators — think TikTok Shop, but for hotels and travel. Agencies like Thundrr organize visits to hotels or points of interest (POIs). Creators either visit during the day or stay overnight, film content showcasing the POI, then post it. You earn a commission based on the bookings your content generates.

Creators earn commissions on every booking generated through their content. When someone watches your video and books a stay or visit at the featured hotel or POI, you get paid a percentage of that booking. The more engaging your content and the more bookings it drives, the more you earn — there's no cap on what you can make.

Thundrr coordinates the trip — you show up, experience the location, and create content. Depending on the opportunity, this could be a day visit or an overnight stay. You'll film and post content showcasing the hotel or POI authentically. There's creative freedom in how you tell the story, but Thundrr provides guidance on deliverables and timelines. Each POI is completely optional and presented to you — there are zero requirements in terms of where you will travel.

Just like the TikTok LIVE Agency program and TikTok Shop Partner program, TikTok GO also enables partnered Agencies to manage creators and provide benefits through TikTok. Instead of TikTok reps managing creators directly, Agencies like Thundrr are deployed to handle this work and deliver the benefits that TikTok grants to agencies.

You get free hotel stays and travel experiences, commission income from bookings your content generates, exposure to new audiences, portfolio-building content, and access to Thundrr's network of brand and hotel partnerships. It's a way to turn travel content into a real revenue stream without needing a massive following to get started.

Thundrr partners directly with hotels and POIs who cover the cost of stays and visits in exchange for creator content and exposure. The hotels benefit from authentic, high-performing content that drives bookings — and Thundrr earns through the agency side of the partnership. Creators never pay to participate. In addition, through the Agency program, Thundrr is also incentivized by TikTok.

No, there is no contract per se. The invitation process is all done through the TikTok app and there are no immediate obligations once you sign on. We will push you to excel in the program and become a top creator within TikTok GO, but there is no official contract or paperwork. We will, however, have posting requirements if you decide to go on a trip to a POI through Thundrr — such as requiring you to create a set number of videos for an overnight stay.
